“I am the president and responsible for organizing, coordinating and supervising the work of the student association, including communication with students, teachers, and officers, activity coordination, inter-group communication, annual budget allocation, and financial supervision.

My responsibilities require organizational, communication, coordination, and leadership skills in order to better serve the students.”


“I am the Vice President/Public Relations Officer, and I am responsible for acting as a proxy for the President to carry out duties and assisting the President in handling matters of various groups, including the initial review of activity documents and event proposals. I am also responsible for public relations and communication with departments, clubs, and organizations both inside and outside the school, producing and sending public relations letters and invitations, as well as creating lists of internal executives and planning activity promotions, including designing and arranging promotional content for classes and making various activity posters and posting them.”

“I am responsible for planning and executing recreational and academic activities, including event proposals and coordination of work assignments, assisting in the implementation of various activities, executing event promotion plans, planning and arranging event venues, allocating personnel for post-event cleanup, and preparing activity equipment in advance.”


“As the General Affairs Officer, I assist in the preparation of the annual budget for the association, handle withdrawals, remittances, and related matters. I also assist in the procurement and custody of assets and loan management, conduct regular inventory of assets, keep receipts and print accounting details, handle accounting documents, and ensure proper procurement and custody of assets.”

“I am responsible for recording and archiving minutes of meetings and handling and archiving internal documents of the association. I also take charge of notifying and sending documents prior to meetings, executing data evaluation plans, consolidating and purchasing stationery supplies, managing social media accounts, taking photos of events, and creating archives.”


“I am responsible for setting up and designing the website, as well as maintaining and servicing digital products, including cloud management and backup. I also assist the Documentary and Public Relations groups with related work.”

Academic Year 2019-2020


The campus activities for the academic year 2019-2020 include: Uniform Party, Freshman Orientation, Cultural Car, Love in Linkou, Christmas activities, Teacher's Day, and the School Anniversary Sports Day. These activities allow students to not only focus on their studies but also experience the warmth and joyfulness of the campus life.

Academic Year 2020-2021


This semester we have organized many interesting activities, including lottery draw for direct affiliates, carnival, freshman orientation, Christmas activities, kindergarten outreach programs, midterm ALL pass candy, Mother's Day cards, and singing competition. These activities have allowed students to better integrate into the school and community, while also enjoying themselves during their studies.

Due to the pandemic, there were fewer campus activities this semester compared to previous years. However, we still organized some events, including Uniform Party, midterm and final ALL pass candy, and singing competition. Despite the limited number of activities, the students still showed an enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards participation.

Academic Year 2022-2023


The activities for the academic year 2022-2023 were diverse and exciting, including a Teacher's Day appreciation video, a Christmas celebration across the three departments, a departmental Christmas party, a departmental barbecue and exchange event, as well as the distribution of midterm and final All Pass candy. Through these activities, we felt the cohesion and mutual assistance spirit within the department, which has laid a good foundation for our future learning and growth.
